Which Ashnikko tour dates are included in the offer?

All UK, IE and EU shows.

When does the presale to Ashnikko's tour tickets begin?

The presale will begin at 10am GMT on Thursday 9^th March.

General sale will begin at 10am GMT on Friday 10^th March. Please see Ashnikko's tour page for more information.

How and when will I receive presale access?

Presale access codes and instructions will be emailed to eligible fans from 3pm GMT on Wednesday 8^th March.

It’s after 3pm GMT on Wednesday 8^th March and I haven’t got my presale access email, what should I do?

First check your email’s Junk or Spam folder. If you still cannot find your email contact us at customerservices@bsimerch.com

Am I guaranteed a ticket if I purchase the album?

Tickets are not guaranteed with your pre-order or if you register via the form. We are providing presale access and tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis. Tickets are limited to maximum 6 per customer.

How many tickets can I purchase during the presale?

Each access code is valid for up to 6 tickets.

Tickets will be sold first come, first served basis. We expect a very high demand and cannot guarantee tickets.

If I place more than one order, will I get additional access codes?

No, each customer will receive one access code.

What if I buy from a different retailer or store, do I qualify for presale access?

No. To qualify for presale access, you must purchase from the Ashnikko Official Store. If you purchase via another retailer, you will not be eligible for presale access.
