TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are Backstreet International Merchandise Ltd. t/a BSI Merch, our registered address in England and Wales is Cwm, 1a High Street, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 8DA, we operate https://ukmerch.ashnikko.com/ .

To access the exclusive ticket sale for Ashnikko's performances in the UK and Ireland, you must pre-order ‘Smoochies’ in any format from the Ashnikko Store and / or submit your email address via the online form: NPN FORM by Monday 18th August – 3pm BST.

No purchase is necessary. The ticket code will give you access to buy tickets to the Show(s) in accordance with these terms. Codes DO NOT guarantee tickets.
You will receive your ticket code via email on Monday 18th August – 5pm BST, along with a link to the ticket provider’s website HERE where you can redeem the ticket code to purchase tickets once the ticket sale window opens, subject to availability. We do not accept responsibility if the email we send to the address you provided does not reach you for any reason beyond our reasonable control, including where the email is flagged as spam.

A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will not be available for purchase on general sale. The ticket code gives you access to the ticket sale window only and is not a guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets to the Show(s). All tickets are subject to availability.

Preorder window closes: Monday 18th August – 3pm BST

Send unique codes out: Monday 18th August – 5pm BST

Tour pre-sale: Tuesday 19th August – 10am local

On-sale: Thursday 21st August – 10am local

A maximum of 6 tickets may be purchased per code.

Key Terms for Presale Access:

Ticket codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Codes are non-transferable, case-sensitive, and available for one-time use only.
To receive presale access, you must have pre-ordered Ashnikko in any format from the Ashnikko Store, or submitted your email address via the online form: NPN FORM by Monday 18th August – 3pm BST. No purchase is necessary.
If you haven't received your presale email on Monday 18th August – 8pm BST, first check your spam/junk folder. For further assistance, please contact: ashnikkoticketpresale@bsimerch.com .

The ticket code can only be subject to the terms and conditions applicable at the time of the ticket purchase. Shows may be age-restricted—please check with the ticket provider directly for more information. We are not the ticket provider and cannot be responsible for any issues with the purchase or use of tickets. BSI Merch is not liable for issues with any ticket purchase from third-party providers. For any issues regarding ticket purchases, please contact the relevant ticket provider.

Purchase Limits and Restrictions:

Maximum of 6 per code.
Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Given the high demand, tickets are not guaranteed.
Ticket presale begins on Tuesday 19th August – 10am local and general sale begins on Thursday 21st August – 10am local.
Ticket codes are valid only for specific dates and locations and cannot be transferred. You will not receive additional access codes for placing multiple orders.

Ticket Provider:

Tickets will be available for purchase via Ticketmaster beginning on Tuesday 19th August – 10am local. We recommend opening a Ticketmaster account and signing in ahead of the presale to expedite the process. If you do not already have a Ticketmaster account, you can create one HERE

Accessible Tickets:

Accessible ticketing options are available for each event. Please check with the relevant venue or ticket provider for more details on how to book accessible tickets for the specific show you're attending.

By pre-ordering Ashnikko or by registering to receive a ticket code, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any personal data you provide when registering to receive a ticket code will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which you can read here.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
