WEEDKILLER London Pop Up Access Terms & Conditions

We are Global Merchandising Services Limited (GMS), a company registered in England and Wales at 55 Loudoun Road, St John's Wood, London, NW8 0DL who operate the Ashnikko Official Store.

To access the WEEDKILLER London pop up, pre-order the album in any format from the Ashnikko Official Store or submit your email address via the online form here before 10:00 GMT on Friday 19^thAugust. No purchase necessary.

You will receive an RSVP link with full event details will be sent by 18:00 GMT on Friday 19^th August. While entry is free and not ticketed, entry is not guaranteed as we anticipate a large number of people and will be on first come first serve basis. We do not accept responsibility if the email we send to the email address you have provided does not reach you for any reason beyond our reasonable control, including where the email is flagged as spam. RSVP links have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. RSVP entry is non-transferable, case-sensitive, and available for one-time use only. By pre-ordering ‘Weedkiller’ from the Ashnikko Official Store, or by registering to receive an RSVP link, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any personal data you provide when registering to receive a pre-sale code will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy which you can read HERE.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
